Not just coaching-A wake up call

Let’s talk honestly.
How many students in Nagaland reach Class 12 and still don’t know what they want to become? How many parents spend lakhs on education without a clear roadmap? How many teachers finish syllabus but feel something is missing?
This is not about blaming anyone. This is about fixing a system that starts too late.
Every year more than 1.4 million aspirants appear for exams conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.Less than 1% get selected.State exams under the Nagaland Public Service Commission are also fiercely competitive.Thousands compete.Few succeed. Now ask yourself. Are our students preparing early enough?Or are they preparing emotionally after pressure hits?
Hiekha + NagaNext Educational Initiatives was created because we saw the pattern.
Class 8–9.Children are curious. But nobody talks to them about careers. Class 10.Pressure begins.Stream decisions are made based on friends or fear.
Class 11–12.Panic starts.Coaching begins.Doubt grows.Confidence shakes.
Why are we waiting until Class 12 to talk about destiny?
Students, let me ask you directly.Do you know your strengths?Do you know what skills will matter in the next 10 years? The world is changing fast.Technology companies like OpenAI are transforming industries.Cities like Bengaluru are producing innovators every year.Skill is replacing excuses. Teachers, you see talent before anyone else. Are we identifying it early?Or are we waiting for board marks to define potential? Parents, you sacrifice silently. But sacrifice without strategy is risk. Are we guiding with data or with tradition?
This initiative stands on three simple actions. Start early in Class 8.Aptitude discovery.Basic communication.Digital awareness.Remove fear early. Guide clearly in Class 10.Stream selection based on strength, not social pressure.Parent-teacher-student decisions together.
Train seriously in Class 11–12.Competitive exam foundation.Discipline systems.Interview readiness.Mental strength.Real world exposure.
No drama.No false promises.Just structure.
Nagaland does not lack intelligence. We lack early direction. If we keep starting late,we will keep losing years. If we start early,we build leaders. Look at a classroom in any Naga village. That quiet student at the back could be a civil servant, entrepreneur, policy maker,or national leader. But only if someone guides on time.
This is not just coaching. This is prevention of confusion. This is protection of dreams. Hiekha + NagaNext Educational Initiatives is choosing to act early.Because another generation cannot afford to wake up at 22 and ask,“What now?”
