Nagaland: S. Supongmeren inspects progress at Dmu Rly Station

Lok Sabha MP S. Supongmeren Jamir conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction works at Dimapur Railway Station on March 6.
A DIPR report informed that during the visit, Supongmeren reviewed the progress of the construction activities and assessed the implementation of development works being undertaken at the station. Officials present at the site briefed him on the current status of the project and the measures being taken to ensure timely completion.
Emphasizing the importance of improved infrastructure and passenger facilities, Supongmeren said the railway station plays a vital role in the overall development of the district. He urged the concerned authorities to maintain quality standards and ensure that the works are completed within the stipulated timeframe.
The inspection was carried out as part of efforts to monitor key infrastructure projects in the district. Officials from the concerned departments and railway authorities accompanied the MP during the visit.
