Training schedule announced for polling personnel in bye-election

DIMAPUR:

The office of the Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Mokokchung, has issued a circular announcing the first round of training for polling personnel drafted for the upcoming bye election 2026 of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly. The training will be conducted on March 20, 2026 at Mayangnokcha Government Higher Secondary School.
Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Mokokchung, Ajit Kumar Verma, in a press release, stated that according to the schedule, presiding officers and polling officer-1, both male and female, will attend the morning sessions from 10:00 to 11:00 am and again from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Polling officer-2 and polling officer-3 will undergo training in the afternoon session from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
All polling personnel have been directed to reach the venue by 9:00 am for the morning session and by 12:00 pm for the afternoon session.
