MoU signed between FAC and CTC Mokokchung

Fazl Ali College and Clark Theological College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on March 23 to launch an Inter-Library Book Loan Initiative between the two institutions.
According to a press release, the MoU was inked by principal of Fazl Ali College Dr. I Wati Imchen, and principal of Clark Theological College Rev. Dr. A. Temjen Jamir, in the presence of vice-principal of FAC, Vinod Kumar; IQAC coordinator, Bendangsenla; librarians from both institutions; and members of the FAC library committee.
The MoU was established on the basis of shared goals in advancing higher education, research, and scholarly collaboration. Under the agreement, faculty, researchers, and students from both institutions will have structured and secure access to each other’s books and resources, fostering an environment of academic openness and inter-institutional cooperation. The initiative aims to maximize library resources efficiently while promoting intellectual enrichment and mutual support between the two colleges.
The meeting was chaired by convenor of the FAC library committee Mesutoba. Short addresses by both principals highlighted the importance of sharing knowledge and resources to enhance academic collaboration. Dr. Lendina, Librarian at FAC, and Jason D. A., Librarian at CTC, presented key facilities available at their respective libraries, emphasizing how combined library holdings could overcome individual limitations in specialized or interdisciplinary resources.
