The department further assured that the issue is temporary and under rectification, and that future bills will reflect normal monthly consumption. Consumers with genuine concerns have been advised to approach the office of the Electrical Sub‑Division, Mon, for clarification and assistance.
The department further sought cooperation and understanding from the public and reiterated its commitment to ensure regular and accurate billing in the upcoming cycles.
