DIMAPUR, MAY 28 (NPN): In a landmark effort to strengthen Nagaland’s entrepreneurial landscape, the State Entrepreneurs Conclave 2026 was held on Wednesday at Niathu Resort, Zone Niathu by The Park, Chümoukedima, organized in partnership with CUTS International, The Asia Foundation, and in collaboration with YouthNet supported by Google, the conclave spotlighted the growing convergence of innovation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital commerce, and sustainable enterprise development.
In her welcome address by YouthNet, Director, Nunesenuo Chase,lauded the courage and resilience of entrepreneurs who are not only building businesses but also shaping communities, creating livelihoods, and contributing meaningfully to social and economic transformation. She reaffirmed YouthNet’s commitment to enabling entrepreneurs through market access, advisory support, capacity building, and institutional linkages.
A key highlight of the conclave was the panel discussion on “Innovation, Cybersecurity & Business Growth Convergence,” featuring leading entrepreneurs and practitioners including Founder of Beauty Barn India, Toinali Chophi, Founder of Bambusa Express and JOME Foods, Medo Putsure, and Founder of Expression Life Tasang Imchen. Chaired by YouthNet, Associate Director, Neikepekho Shosahie, the discussion offered a blend of entrepreneurial experience, institutional credibility, and practical insights on building resilient, scalable, and community-rooted businesses in a rapidly evolving economy.
The technical sessions carried the dialogue further, focusing on digital transformation and enterprise resilience. CUTS International, Program Officer, Shubham Ghosh spoke on “Empowering India’s MSMEs Through Digital Security & Trust,” underscoring the importance of digital confidence, online safety, and trust-building for small businesses.

Cybersecurity & AI,” underlining how emerging technologies are reshaping enterprise growth, risk management, and competitiveness.
The day-long event brought together entrepreneurs, MSMEs, innovators, industry leaders, and ecosystem enablers for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and business facilitation.
