DIMAPUR: District Level launching programme of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan was held on June 15 at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Mokokchung.
Delivering the welcome address, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Atsungba Walling, said the campaign reminds everyone that combating substance abuse requires not only policies but also collective efforts such as supply curbing strategies, demand reduction initiatives and outreach programmes that begin at the community level.
He urged all to actively participate for the success of the campaign.
During the programme, participants took the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan pledge, reaffirming their dedication and responsibility towards the initiative. The keynote address was delivered by District Welfare Officer Mokokchung, I. Mangliyangba.
