DIMAPUR, JUL 2 (NPN): Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio has appointed A. Pongshi Phom, MLA as advisor to the Chief Minister for Airways and Railways with immediate effect. In a notification, cabinet secretary Sentiyanger Imchen said Phom has been assigned to oversee and coordinate matters relating to airways and railways. The notification stated that Phom would not be entitled to any pay, salary, emoluments, remuneration or other perks, apart from the benefits admissible to him as a member of the Legislative Assembly.
