Dimapur: Department of Higher Education, Nagaland marked another significant step towards improving higher education infrastructure with the flagging off of two new college buses on July 2 at the Directorate of Higher Education, Kohima.
The bus was flagged off by Sarita Yadav, secretary, Higher & Technical Education, in the presence of V. Lovitoly Sema, ex-officio director, officers, staff, and representatives of the beneficiary colleges.
The buses have been allotted to Sao Chang College, Tuensang and Pfutsero Government College, Pfutsero. Meanwhile, the department expressed sincere gratitude to chief minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio and minister of Higher Education & Tourism, Temjen Imna Along for their continued support.
