DIMAPUR: Directorate of School Education, Nagaland, through the State Literacy Mission Authority (SLMA), has declared the results of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test (FLNAT) conducted under the ULLAS (Understanding Lifelong Learning for All in Society) programme.
According to DIPR report, the assessment, held on March 21, 2026, across seven districts-Phek, Tuensang, Mon, Zunheboto, Peren, Dimapur and Kiphire-evaluated the foundational literacy and numeracy skills of adult learners enrolled under the programme.
Altogether 5,069 learners (1,468 males and 3,601 females) appeared for the test, out of which 4,522 learners successfully qualified, including 1,314 males and 3,208 females.

Describing the outcome as a significant milestone in the implementation of ULLAS in Nagaland, the Directorate attributed the achievement to the collective efforts of adult learners, volunteer teachers, District Education Officers, Block Resource Persons and other stakeholders.
Congratulating all successful learners, the Directorate expressed appreciation to DEOs, volunteer teachers, field functionaries and community members for their contributions.
