Power outage in parts of Dimapur

DIMAPUR, JUL 11 (NPN): Power supply has been disrupted in several parts of Dimapur after a major technical fault developed in a transformer at the 33/11kV, 10 MVA Supermarket sub-station.
In a press release, electrical division Dimapur executive engineer Lhuvoyi said the affected areas include Half Nagarjan, Nejati Colony, Police Colony, Bank Colony, Ura Villa, Circuit House area and Supermarket area. The department said efforts were underway to restore power supply at the earliest. It also appealed to affected consumers to bear with the inconvenience and cooperate with the department during the restoration process.
