DIMAPUR: A review meeting on the implementation of water supply and sanitation programmes was held on July 13 at the Deputy Commissioner’s office chamber, Longleng, under the chairmanship of W. Manpai Phom, Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, District Water and Sanitation Mission (DWSM).
According to DIPR report, the meeting reviewed the progress of ongoing programmes and deliberated on measures to ensure their effective and sustainable implementation across the district. Representatives from various departments participated, sharing updates and suggestions to strengthen coordination and improve delivery of services.
In his concluding remarks, DC W. Manpai Phom expressed gratitude to all departmental representatives for their active participation. He urged them to maintain close coordination and collective responsibility for the successful implementation of water supply and sanitation initiatives in the district. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the chair.
