DIMAPUR, JUL 16 (NPN): India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted enhanced rainfall activity with isolated heavy to very heavy falls over North East during next seven days.
In its weather bulletin, IMD stated that fairly widespread to widespread rainfall was likely over Arunachal during July 16-20; Assam & Meghalaya and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura during July 17-22.
It further predicted isolated thunderstorm & lightning over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura during July 17-20.
