KOHIMA, AUG 13 (NPN): Sazolie College of Teacher Education organised its 3rd Graduation Day programme on Thursday with enthusiasm and solemnity, celebrating the achievements of its graduating student-teachers.
The programme began with a welcome address and ceremonial proceedings, followed by the commencement address by the special guest, principal of the college, Dr. Gopal Chetri.
In his address, Dr. Chetri underscored the importance of the teaching profession and encouraged the graduating students to uphold the values and responsibilities of educators. He also shared words of wisdom and inspiration as the graduates prepared to embark on the next phase of their lives and careers.
The highlight of the programme was the graduation ceremony, during which the graduating student-teachers were formally conferred their qualifications in recognition of their academic accomplishments. The college also honoured academic toppers for their outstanding performance.
Adding colour to the occasion, students of the college presented a variety of cultural performances.
The programme concluded with words of appreciation, during which gratitude was expressed to the dignitaries, faculty members, staff, students and all those who contributed to making the event a memorable and meaningful occasion.
