KOHIMA, AUG (NPN): Mez & Co registered a convincing 4-0 victory over Nurturing Youngsters FC in Match 7 of the Atuo Mezhür Sekhose Super League (AMSSL) 2026 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima on Wednesday.
Mez & Co took an early lead through Kevizolie Kin, who was reported to have found the net in the fifth minute to put his side 1-0 ahead. Neisede Peseyie then doubled the advantage in the 11th minute as Mez & Co continued to control proceedings. Nurturing Youngsters FC were unable to find a response before the interval, with Mez & Co taking a two-goal cushion into half-time.
The second half saw Mez & Co add two more goals to complete a dominant performance. Noulevituo Pienyü extended the lead in the 83rd minute before Vinato Achumi struck three minutes later in the 86th minute to seal the 4-0 win. The match was played under the patronage of Teisongulie Dzüvichü, Finance Secretary, Kohima Town Club and Chairman, Keziekie (North Block).
In the next fixture, Sechü Zubza FC will face Vanguard Academy on Thursday at 3 p.m.
