Arunachal’s min inspects new helipad terminal

Itanagar, Aug 19 (PTI): Arunachal Pradesh’s Civil Aviation Minister Balo Raja on Wednesday inspected the newly built Helipad Terminal Building at Naharlagun and said it will substantially strengthen air connectivity in the capital city complex. During his visit, Raja reviewed several key infrastructure projects associated with the terminal, including a road widening work near Sunday Bazaar and the helipad’s boundary wall. Highlighting the strategic importance of the project, he said the completion of the terminal building and ancillary infrastructure will substantially strengthen air connectivity and uplift regional transport facilities in the capital complex.
“These developments will ensure better accessibility and convenience for the people of Arunachal Pradesh and will give a major boost to helicopter services in the state,” he added.
