DIMAPUR: On the ninth session of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly held on September 1, 2026, chief minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio introduced four bills: The Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Eleventh Amendment) Bill, 2026; The Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Twelfth Amendment) Bill, 2026; The Nagaland Town & Country Planning (Sixth Amendment) Bill, 2026; and The Nagaland Right to Public Services Bill, 2026.
Minister P. Paiwang Konyak introduced The Nagaland Paramedical Council (Repeal) Bill, 2026.
Deputy chief minister Yanthungo Patton also moved and introduced the Frontier Nagaland Territorial Authority Bill, 2026, which will be taken up for consideration and passing on September 3, 2026.
