DIMAPUR, SEP 6 (NPN): The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast fairly widespread to widespread rainfall over Nagaland and other parts of North Eastern states from September 7 to 12.
Isolated heavy rainfall is also likely over Nagaland and the other northeastern states during the period, while isolated thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are likely over Nagaland on September 7 and 8. For the rest of the region, fairly widespread to widespread rainfall is likely from September 7 to 12.
