DIMAPUR, SEP 17 (NPN): The fresher’s welcome programme of ICFAI University Tripura to welcome the new batch of students joined the University was held on 15 to 16 September, at University Campus. Bikash Debbarma, minister of tribal welfare, handloom & handicrafts, sericulture and Statistics, government of Tripura graced the program as chief guest and Anjan Sengupta, director-in-charge, directorate of biotechnology, dept. of science, technology & environment, government of Tripura was the special guest for the Inaugural program on September 15 .
On the second day cum valedictory program of Novatos held on September 16, Kishor Barman, minister of higher education, panchayat, and G.A. (political), government of Tripura graced the programme as chief guest.
