DIMAPUR, SEP 20 (NPN): Nagaland Bar Association (NBA) has resolved to continue its boycott of the appearances of the Advocate General before the High Court, whether through physical or virtual modes.
According to NBA joint secretary Akum Pongen, the decision was adopted through a resolution on September 18, in continuation of the association’s earlier resolution of June 8, 2026. NBA Executive Committee also expressed appreciation to members of the Bar for observing the boycott when the Advocate General appeared before the Kohima Bench of the High Court on September 15.
The Bar further resolved to issue a press release regarding the boycott and its enforcement, beginning with the Advocate General’s appearance before the High Court on September 15.
