Social work held at Longleng

Nyengching colony, Longleng town conducted mass social work on July 2 in an effort to prevent further damage of main roads and foot path caused due to rainfall.
Blocked culverts and drainages causing inconveniences to the public and school going children were cleaned by colony members. In this connection, the colony members appealed concerned authority to check the location of the culvert and existing drainage blocked by some vested individuals.
Executive members of the colony further called upon the citizens of Longleng town to maintain culverts and drainages and to protect public properties in the interest of Longleng town in general.
