NSDMA issues weather outlook for all districts

DIMAPUR, SEP 22 (NPN): Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA) said weather conditions across Nagaland are expected to remain largely settled from September 23-26, with localized thunderstorms forecast on September 23 and 26.
On September 23, thunderstorms, lightning and light rain are likely in Chümoukedima, Kohima, Longleng, Mon, Niuland, Noklak, Shamator, Tseminyu, Tuensang, Wokha and Zunheboto. Thunderstorms and lightning are expected in Dimapur, Mokokchung, Peren and Phek, while Kiphire and Meluri may remain cloudy.
On September 24, overcast conditions are likely in Kohima, Mon, Noklak, Tseminyu and Tuensang, with cloudy conditions in Chümoukedima, Dimapur, Longleng, Mokokchung, Niuland and Wokha.
On September 25, Mokokchung may remain overcast, while other districts are expected to be partly cloudy. On September 26, thunderstorms are likely in Dimapur, Kiphire and Meluri, with partly cloudy conditions elsewhere. Chümoukedima, Mokokchung, Mon, Niuland, Noklak, Tuensang and Zunheboto have no active weather warning on September 26, according to the authority.
