ICFAI University Nagaland (IUN) organised its annual IUN Youth Festival 2026 on September 23 and 24 at the university campus, bringing together students from the university and various colleges and higher educational institutions from Nagaland and neighbouring areas.
According to a press release, the two-day festival featured a range of cultural, creative, entertainment and competitive activities, providing students with a platform to showcase their talents and participate in healthy competition. The festival began with an opening ceremony attended by university officials, faculty members, participating institutions, students and guests. The event set the tone for the celebrations, which focused on youth participation, talent, friendship and interaction among students from different institutions.
Throughout the festival, participants competed in various events that tested their athletic ability, creativity, teamwork, confidence and stage presence. The programme also provided an opportunity for students to interact with peers beyond their respective campuses and foster friendship through shared activities.
The festival culminated in a musical extravaganza featuring performances by Shau Evans, Sunep Lemtur and DJ BOOM. The performances drew students and participants together for an evening of music and entertainment, creating an energetic atmosphere on the university campus.
