NPGN/NNC (N-A) cautions against illegal tax collection

DIMAPUR: NPGN/NNC (N-A) has informed that Kito Sumi has been collecting illegal tax in the name of the government in and around Dimapur, Chümoukidema and Jornapani areas.
In this regard, MIP of the group, clarified that Kito Sumi was not a member of the organisation and that no such person exists within its ranks. The group alleged that he was attempting to tarnish the good image of the government. Therefore, all business establishments, heads of departments, and the general public have been cautioned not to entertain Kito Sumi in any manner relating to NPGN/NNC (N-A). The organisation warned that defaulters would be doing so at their own risk.
