DIMAPUR, SEP 30 (NPN): The Nagaland Football Association (NFA) conducted a state-level webinar on the Central Registration System (CRS) and Competition Management System (CMS) on September 30, in collaboration with the Registration Department of the All India Football Federation (AIFF).
The webinar was organized following a resolution adopted during the first official meeting of the CRS & CMS Committee of the NFA, held on September 27, under the chairmanship of Kiyeka S. Sumi. During the meeting, the Committee reviewed the functioning of the CRS and CMS platforms across the state and identified the need for enhanced capacity building among operators at both district and club levels.
Acting on this recommendation, the Committee formally requested the AIFF Registration Department to conduct a training session for CRS and CMS operators in Nagaland.
The webinar was led by Divya Madaan from the Registration Department AIFF, who served as the resource person. A total of 23 CRS and CMS operators representing various District Football Associations and affiliated clubs from across the state participated in the programme.
During the session, participants received comprehensive training on player registration procedures, club licensing requirements, data management practices and the effective operation of the CMS portal to ensure the smooth management of football competitions.
The CRS & CMS Committee of the NFA expressed its sincere gratitude to the Registration Department, AIFF, and Divya Madaan for their valuable support, guidance and commitment to strengthening football administration in Nagaland.
