Naga guitarist and international performing artist Imnainla Jamir has concluded her Southeast Asia Tour 1.0 in Hong Kong, covering Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong. According to a press release, the tour facilitated international collaborations, cultural exchange and opportunities to showcase the musical talent of Nagaland and Northeast India on the global stage. The tour also aimed to help artists build international networks, develop their craft and explore sustainable careers in music.
The tour was supported by Mia by Tanishq, Madverse, Ibanez and D’Addario. The organisers also acknowledged The Underground HK, the event partner in Hong Kong, for its support in bringing the tour to a close.
With the conclusion of Tour 1.0, Imnainla looks forward to further collaborations and international opportunities, carrying the music and creative spirit of Nagaland to wider audiences.
