DIMAPUR, NOV 7 (NPN): Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Atoizu has advised vehicular traffic along the Naghuto-Khubokita route to take a diversion from November 9 to December 20, 2026, due to ongoing road construction.
In a travel advisory, ADC Atoizu Nukutul S Venuh Venuh said frequent vehicular movement along the Doyang-Asukhuto road was causing delays and hampering construction work.
He also warned of the risk of casualties due to falling rocks and mudslides along the ongoing excavation between Khubokita and Asukhuto.
All vehicles travelling along the route have been advised to take the alternative route from Naghuto to Khubokita via Lhocheki, and vice versa, during the period. ADC urged all concerned to comply with the advisory.
