Rio to grace
DIMAPUR: Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio will inaugurate the Multi Purpose Indoor Stadium at Imkongmeren Sports complex, Mokokchung on August 28 and would simultaneously also inaugurate the 32nd Inter-District and State Open Badminton Championship. Closing function of the Badminton Championship will be graced by Home Minister, Imkong L. Imchen on August 30th.

DIMAPUR: ACCC I Dimapur – I A/C has informed all members of DMC, office bearers of ACCC, AYCC, AMCC, frontals and ward president that an emergency meeting will be held on August 28 at 10 am at the congress Bhavan. Party president, K Ngullie has requested all members to attend the meeting.

Hoho general secretary Tokugha has requested all Sumi GBs under Zunheboto district, Sumi GBs under Kiphire district and Northern Sumi GBs to attend the session without fail.

DIMAPUR: Losami village youths will organize sales day from September 2 to 5 at Losami junction, NH-150 in order to raise fund for observance of Losami day. Youth society president, Zechete Mekrisu has requested all travelers/ public passing the area to cooperate and encourage the youths by purchasing various items at their choice.
RSUD
DIMAPUR: Rengma Students Union Dimapur (RSUD) will hold its meeting on August 29, 2.30 pm at the residence of its president, Nepali Kashiram, Dimapur. The union has requested all executives and college students to attend the meeting. Absentees would be fined Rs. 50/-, it said. Meanwhile, the union has requested all heads of institutions to grant leave for students from class XI and above on August 30th for social work.
