Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre (BYWC) has informed that the location of Duncan Drop in Centre (DIC) Opiod substitution therapy (OST) and integrated care centre (ICC) have been shifted to KIP-YAN complex, House no. 42, Duncan Basti Lengrijan road.
BYWC director further informed that communities accessing harm reduction services, OST and ICC service may avail services from the new location from April 1.
