GPRN/NSCN Chang region welcomes

Chang region GPRN/NSCN has welcomed Namang Chang ‘2nd Lieut’ and Tuensang district collector of NSCN/GPRN (K) for taking right decision to join GPRN/NSCN Chang region on August 2. 
A press note by RAO Chang region GPRN/NSCN, S. Nasy Chang has expressed that his decision to join the fold would strengthen the government as well as for the upliftment of Naga people.
