Naga Hoho (NH) has condemned the murder of Jisietho Nyuwi of Meluri Village under Phek district, an employee of Telecom Department at Sunderbani in Rajouri district of Jammu & Kashmir on June 23, 2016.
In a press note, NH general secretary Mutsikhoyo Yhobu while sharing the grief of the family, appealed to Nagaland government to earnestly pursue the case with its Jammu & Kashmir counterpart so that the culprits are booked and ex-gratia payments made to the next of kin at the earliest.
It may be mentioned that Nyuwi was reportedly found dead in a pool of blood with head injury on Thursday last. The deceased was reportedly working for a telecom company. As per Pochury Hoho, the deceased was a Hindi graduate and working part time in 4G internet installation in the Jammu region.
