Nagaland IRB lauded

State Election Commission of West Bengal and Assam have lauded the 16th NAP (IR)-Adhoc Bn and 17th NAP (IR)-Adhoc Bn for their initiative, diligence and dedication executed while performing duty in various constituencies with a history of election related violence.
The two units were recently deployed for the Assam and West Bengal state Assembly Election 2016 from March 23 to May 7 and had covered 2 phases in Assam and 5 phases in West Bengal. 
The 16th NAP (IR)-Adhoc Bn was commanded by C. James Kinghen while the 17th NAP (IR)-Adhoc Bn was commanded by Rothihu Tetseo.
