KYO organises ‘youth parliament’ in Kigwema village

Kigwema Youth Organisation (KYO) under the banner of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kohima, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports government of India organised one day neighbourhood youth parliament of national youth policy at panchayat hall, Kigwema. The programme was addressed by chief operating officer (COO) Livelihood& Skills, Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission, Menuoneituo Chadi. 
In his address, Chadi deliberated on the government agencies such as National Livelihood Mission (NRLM), Start up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) which was under operation in the block as pilot project.  Suggestions and expectations from various sections of youth were also deliberated in the larger interest of the youths during the programme.
