Four-day capacity building programme for deputy/assistant directors, DEOs/DDEOs and SDEOs was held from November 22 to 25 at the State Institute of Educational Management and Training (SIEMAT), SCERT, Kohima.
Resource persons were trained personnel from SCERT and Andreas, section officer from Nagaland civil secretariat dwelled on relevant office procedures. Courses on Educational Policies, Educational Administration, Planning & Finance in Education, School Leadership Development, Job Management, ICT in Education and School Management, were covered during the training.
The training programme focused on equipping the participants to solve the intricate problems they encounter in the field of discharging responsibilities, sensitizing the participants on critical areas and issues in school education in the state. A total number of 38 participants attended the training programme.
