One day teachers training program for teachers of Informal Education for Marginalized Children (IEFMC) was organized by Community Educational Centre Society (CECS), as part of project capacity building program with MSW interns of NEISSR at Community Educational Centre School library hall. The programme was organised to enhance the IEFMC teachers on understanding, interacting and teaching the children by incorporating psychological and mental capacity. In the introductory session, MSW intern, NEISSR, Aotoshi, deliberated on “the concept on how to teach students.” Renjenbeni presented “problem tree analysis” in the next session. Alemtemjen in the 3rd session gave a visual presentation along which he shared the observations evaluated during the visit by the interns to the different IEFMC Centers.
