ANAHTA Longleng unit appeals for release of salary

All Nagaland Aggrieved Hindi Teachers’ Association (ANAHTA) Longleng unit has appealed the department of School Education (DoSE) to release their pending salaries from February 2016 to May 2016.
In a press release ANAHTA Longleng unit vice president, Ongshen and general secretary, L. Imnangangshi Phom expressed displeasure that salaries have been disbursed irregularly since the commencement of the current academic year. 
While irregularity continues to reoccur, the ANAHTA stated that “the past inconveniences has been faced by us time and again, we are desperately in need of our pending wages”. 
It further urged the education department to release the salaries at the earliest, failing which ANAHTA said the concerned department would be held accountable.
