Nagaland Governor has issued notification for 33% reservation for all women in the District Executive Force (DEF) of Police department. The notification signed by the special secretary (Home), stated that recruitment to all such posts for women would be made as per existing recruitment policy followed by the Police department. The notification had the approval of the cabinet conveyed vide No. CAB-2/2013 dated 13-11-2014.
