Aadhaar seeding mandatory for NSAP

DIMAPUR: Department of Social Welfare is implementing 100% Aadhaar seeding of beneficiaries under various schemes including IGNOAPS, IGNWPS, IGNDPS, SOAP, Blind Pension, Financial Assistance, Additional Beneficiaries, and Scholarship to Disabled Persons. As per a directive from, all beneficiaries under National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) have been requested to seed their Aadhaar with their respective banks and submit the seeded details to the District Welfare Office, Dimapur, on or before August 24, 2026. The initiative was aimed at ensuring transparency and efficiency in the delivery of benefits, and urged beneficiaries to comply within the stipulated timeframe.
