Directorate of Art and Culture has informed all rural libraries, registered under the department to submit the annual progress report of their libraries on or before February 2023. The department has informed that libraries that do not submit their annual progress report would be treated as non-performing and are liable to be de-listed. All Rural Libraries have been requested to collect the prescribed format, which are available at the District Cultural Offices in the Districts, and submit their Annual Progress Report to the respective District Cultural Officers.
