Administrative Training Institute (ATI) Kohima, conducted a training on “leadership and team building” from October 23 to 25 with an objective to equip academic administrators develop a sense of leadership and learn the art of team building.
A press release from ATI course coordinator, Dr. Hovithal Sothu stated that resource persons were, Dr. Meciehol Savi, education coordinator NBCC, Petekhrienuo Rame, coordinator, Peace Channel for Kohima district, Mongzueng Mpom and Adi from Kingdom Stewards Ministries, Jalukie and Dr.Hovithal Sothu.
A total of 22 participants consisting of headmasters/headmistresses, assistant HMs and head teachers from various government schools attended the program.
The participants were encouraged to carry forward what they had learnt in the training to their respective institutions. L. Youdang Jamir (additional director ATI) also exhorted the gathering and participatory certificates were distributed to all the trainees.
