A three-day programme for Activity and Competency Learning (ACL) for primary teachers under District Mission Authority Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (DMA SSA) Kohima district got underway at SEIMAT (SCERT) Kohima.
Reader SCERT Nagaland, Thungchibemo Lotha delivered the keynote address during the introductory session which was chaired by coordinator EBRC L Khel, Visato Koso while assistant district coordinator DMA SSA Kohima, Thonsenlo delivered the welcome address.
The resource persons for the three-day training include primary teacher of GPS New Ministers Hill, Ruth; Trainer of Trainees (ToTs) L. Khel Kohima, Peletuonuo and ToTs Chiephobozou Peteneilhou and Kevikielie.
The topics to be covered include learning ladder logo & grouping, demonstration of ACL class, Maths, EVS and English.
Altogether, 130 teachers from 5 EBRCs are attending the training programme.
The training will conclude on September 1 afternoon with SCERT director Khrietuo Mezhür gracing the valedictory function.
