The 53rd convention of Angami Christian Revival Women Association (ACRWA), which started on January 29 concluded on January 31 and was hosted by Rüsoma Christian Revival church.
The speakers of the convention were executive secretary Angami Christian Revival church council Rev. Dr. Luozilie Sanchu, president Nagaland Christian revival church Rev. Dr. Neikedozo Paphino and chairperson Chakroma Christian revival church Nini Sekhose.
Citing the example of healing by Jesus through faith Sekhose encouraged the congregation to put full faith on Him to witness miracles in life. She reminded the believers the power of faith that works beyond one’s ability. She said one should not struggle with his/her own strength but to rely upon the power of Christ.
Sekhose quoted from Hebrews 11:6, wherein she said that to please God, one must have total faith. She stressed that those seeking Him must be firm in their conviction to receive from Him. She encouraged the women folk to have full faith in Jesus in everything they do, so as results are positive in their practical life. She also challenged the gathering to cling on Him in their daily lives to be a fruitful person.
The three-day convention witnessed huge response from the association members where many received blessings and healing during convention.
The convention also added colours with special songs and other items from various organizations and churches. Around 1000 delegates participated in the convention.
