ADC & administrator WTC informs

ADC & Administrator, Wokha Town Council (WTC) Wokha, Nokchasashi, has informed all concerned that renewal and obtaining of trade permit under Wokha town has been extended till April 30.
A DIPR report stated that the ADC & administration Wokha Town Council, in a notification, noted that many business establishments has been running without obtaining trade permit from the concerned Authority which is in violation of the provision of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2001.
The notification directed private schools, private colleges, private hostels, private banks, bricks, sand, cement stockiest, water tankers, saw/rice mills, stone crusher, cable distributors, bamboo/wood dealers, hawkers and any other business establishments running without trade permits to obtain it within the given time period. 
The ADC & administration Wokha Town Council warned that defaulters would be penalized as per provisions of the law.
