In pursuance to the national directives for COVID-19 management and in continuation to the earlier order of the ADC & Administrator Longleng Town Council, ADC & Administrator Longleng Town Council, D. Robin has informed that all concerned has been directed to adhere to the following guidelines.
According to DIPR report, the ADC and administrator Longleng Town Council has notified on compulsory wearing of face cover/mask.
It informed on strict maintenance of social distancing.Provisions for hand wash/sanitization in shops and business establishments. It further informed that the following activities are hereby strictly prohibited with immediate effect: Smoking in public places, spitting in public places, consumption of liquor, paan, gutkha, tobacco etc. in public places. Therefore, any individual found violating the above shall be penalized as mentioned below: First offence: Rs. 100/-; second offence: Rs.200/- and third offence-violation will be punishable under National Disaster Management Act, section 51(b).
