ADC Mon informs on ECINET platform

DIMAPUR: ADC & Electoral Registration Officer, Mon, Pakon Phom, has informed citizens of Mon district that the Election Commission of India (ECI) has launched ECINET, a comprehensive digital platform offering a wide range of electoral services through a single user friendly interface.
According to DIPR report, the platform is accessible via the ECINET web portal and mobile application for both Android and iOS devices.
ECINET enables electors to conveniently access services such as online voter registration, correction of electoral roll entries, shifting of residence, replacement of EPIC and registration of overseas electors. Citizens can also track application status, search electoral details, download e EPICs and obtain contact information of electoral officers.
As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process, electors can fill and submit enumeration forms online. The platform also allows citizens to check whether their names were included in the electoral roll of the last SIR.
To strengthen citizen engagement, ECINET offers a “Book a Call with BLOs” feature, enabling electors to directly connect with Booth Level Officers for guidance. It further provides an online mechanism to submit appeals against decisions of the Electoral Registration Officer and is integrated with the National Grievance Redressal System for lodging complaints, submitting suggestions and tracking grievances.
By integrating multiple services into a single digital ecosystem, ECINET enhances ease of access while promoting efficiency, transparency and citizen participation. The DC’s office has encouraged all citizens to download the ECINET app and make full use of its services for a seamless electoral experience.
