DIMAPUR: The Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tuli has banned the movement of all heavy vehicles along the Watiyongpang–Changtongya stretch with immediate effect until further orders. The decision was taken following severe road damage caused by flooding and landslides on July 19.
