Additional Deputy Commissioner (DC), and CEO, DDMA Wokha, Wokha, K Furhesie Nyuwi, has appealed for assistance in searching a body washed away by stream. In a press release, ADC, informed that in a case of unfortunate incident, one person, Rendemo Odyuo, was washed away at Dzuvuru Stream on July 27.
In this regard, the ADC has appealed all village councils situated upstream of the Doyang Dam under Wokha to initiate search teams in their respective village jurisdiction to assist, locate and retrieve the body.
