Additional Director General (ADG) of National Cadets Corps (NCC) North East Region (NER), Major General Gagan Deep visited Sainik School Punglwa, Nagaland on February 24.
A press release by SSP informed that during the visit, the ADG, an alumnus of Sainik School Kunjpura, delivered a motivational lecture, encouraging the cadets to consider a career in the Indian Armed Forces.
In his address, Deep dwelt on the theme of NCC, “Unity and Discipline” and the need of the two to be successful in life. He also stressed that hard work was the only way to success.
Earlier, the ADG accompanied by Brigadier Dipankar Saha, group commander, NCC Group Headquarter, Kohima were accorded guard of honour by the cadets of the Independent NCC Coy.
