AICC observer visits Peren DCC under Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan

AICC observer Victor Keishing, working president of MPCC and former MLA from Manipur, accompanied by NPCC working president Khriedi Theunuo and Rosy Thomson, general secretary in-charge of Peren district, visited the Peren District Congress Committee (DCC) at Jalukie Town on February 23, 2026, as part of the Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan.
During the visit, the AICC observer held extensive interactions with party workers on the present leadership of the party at district and assembly constituency levels, as well as with all frontal organisations. He also sought opinions from grassroots workers and members on ways to strengthen and improve the prospects of the Indian National Congress (INC) in the district.
