ANCSU announces 46th Foundation Day and toppers felicitation

DIMAPUR

The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) is set to mark a significant milestone with its 46th Foundation Day celebration, to be held at the State Academy Hall, Kohima on August 2. The event will also include a special felicitation ceremony to honor recent degree and diploma toppers from colleges across Nagaland.
In a press release, All Nagaland College Students’ Union through its media cell informed that this annual programme commemorates the legacy of ANCSU’s founding members and former leaders, recognizing their dedication to advancing student welfare and academic excellence. It also serves as a platform to celebrate student achievements and inspire future progress within the state’s higher education community.
Director of Technical Education, Government of Nagaland, Er. Vipulhou Lhoungu, will grace the occasion as the special guest. He is expected to share his insights on youth empowerment and outline key educational initiatives aimed at fostering growth and innovation among college students. His role in felicitating the academic achievers is anticipated to further encourage a spirit of healthy competition and perseverance in the student fraternity.
The event will also feature a special prayer for the toppers and an address by All Nagaland College Students’ Union senior Zheito Chophy, who will offer motivational words to uplift and energize students as they continue pursuing their goals.
All Nagaland College Students’ Union has extended invitations to all toppers, respected senior members of the Union and affiliated and associate units.
Member colleges are requested to delegate two student representatives to participate in the programme.
